Get Sublime for AndroidThree steps
- 1
Install and open it
On a Mac, drag Sublime to Applications and open it. If a newer version is out, the first launch downloads and installs it before you sign in. Sublime then stays in your menu bar until a meeting starts.
- 2
Sign in and start your trial
Enter your email for a 6-digit sign-in code, or continue with Google or a password. A new workspace starts a 14-day free trial: checkout opens in your browser, and Sublime unlocks on its own when you come back.
- 3
Allow access and take your first note
Home lists each step in order: allow your microphone, let Sublime hear the other side of calls, turn on Fn + Control on a Mac, and connect your calendar. Then choose New meeting when a call starts, or record a quick note.
By platform
Mac
Separate Apple silicon and Intel installers. Native system-audio capture and microphone/camera activity detection require macOS 14.2 or later and the requested permissions. Recording can also be started manually.
Windows
Windows: coming soon — use the iPhone/Android app or, on Pro and above, the web workspace.
What it keeps
The app holds one credential, the device token it received when you signed in, encrypted with your operating system’s keychain. Sign out from Settings in the desktop app to remove it from that computer.
Audio is streamed for transcription, including through Sublime’s in-memory relay when configured. The mobile app may keep encrypted audio locally to recover interrupted uploads; local recovery audio is removed after successful delivery. Transcripts expire on the schedule your workspace sets, and the notes stay.
