Connect integrations

Provider connections bring authorized context and capabilities into Sublime. Availability depends on your plan, workspace configuration, and the permissions you consent to.

Connect on desktop or mobile

  1. On desktop, open Settings → Integrations. On mobile, open the account sheet → Connections.
  2. Choose the provider and connect. Consent opens in your browser; check that you are authorizing the intended account.
  3. Return to Sublime and refresh or check connection status. A configured provider is ready for consent; it does not mean your account is connected.

Use Reconnect when consent expires or permissions change. Use Disconnect to remove the connection. If consent was canceled, retry from Connections. If the provider is unavailable, contact your workspace admin about provider configuration. Permission failures may require reconnecting with the requested permissions and the correct account.

Permissions and plan availability

Essentials native connections include Google Calendar, Gmail context, Slack, Confluence and Google Meet, subject to connection capacity. Check the displayed capacity before adding another account. Gmail context reads context; the separately labeled Gmail tools service requests tool permissions including send authority. Connecting a provider does not itself run tools. Google Drive, Google Contacts and Gmail tools are outside that Essentials allow-list.

The web Integrations page (sign-in required) includes provider, credential and MCP setup. Web availability does not imply every provider is available on desktop, mobile or every plan.

Two directions for MCP

Connections to external MCP servers let Sublime consume another service’s tools. Meeting API & MCP serves your accessible Sublime meetings to an external client. Follow the meeting server guide for that separate setup.
